Terms of Service

By using our services, you agree to the following terms:

1. Services Provided
   We offer professional photography services including but not limited to portraits, events, weddings, and commercial photography.

2. Booking and Payment
   A deposit is required to secure your booking. Full payment must be completed before the final images are delivered.

3. Cancellation Policy
   Cancellations made within 7 days or as outlined in client contract of the scheduled shoot will result in the loss of the deposit.

4. Copyright and Usage Rights
   All images remain the property of Cortny Jo Photography. You are granted a non-exclusive license to use the images for personal use. Commercial use requires additional licensing.

5. Delivery of Images
   Final images will be delivered within a specified timeline in client contract. Delivery methods include digital download.

6. Liability
   Cortny Jo Photography is not liable for any damages or injuries incurred during the photoshoot. Clients are responsible for their safety and the safety of their guests.

7. Changes to Terms
   We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
